Delivery
There is a standard delivery cost of $500 JMD for deliveries in Kingston, St. Andrew and St. Catherine. There is free island wide delivery for orders over JMD $10,000. The delivery cost will vary based on weight to other parishes. feel free to contact us for more info.
If you made an error with your order or if there’s something that you would like to change simply email us at sales@thecarterstore.com
If you would like to change the delivery address before the delivery is dispatched you may email us at sales@thecarterstore.com or give us a call.
Packages are usually delivered within 2 days after confirmation of payment. For transactions that are paid by cash the delivery is usually scheduled within 2 days on confirmation of order.
Same day deliveries are possible for the Kingston and St Andrew regions but will vary based on the product(s) being ordered.
Payment
Payments can be done via bank transfers, Paypal or cash on delivery (for Kingston, St. Andrew and ST. Catherine only) Credit and debit card payments are also accepted upon receipt of products.
The banking details are automatically provided after clicking ‘checkout.’
Once you are ready to check out the items in your cart the option will exist to select ‘bank transfer.’
You will be reimbursed 95% of the payment once the delivery has not been dispatched.
Returns
If you item is broken, defective or damaged up receipt immediately notify us via email to sales@thecarterstore.com
Various items will have different warranty periods. Please contact us before making a purchase if you would like the warranty information on various categories of products.
